Restaurant U Mal\u00ed\u0159\u016f 1543 received three\u00a0Golden Lions<\/strong>\u00a0– awards for the\u00a0best\u00a0Czech restaurants, organized by\u00a0TopLife\u00a0Czech publishing house and evaluating the quality of Czech gastronomic facilities.<\/p>\n

What’s new this year was\u00a0the awarding of the best Czech chef<\/strong>.\u00a0Our chef Miroslav Dole\u017eal has been ranked in the top 10<\/strong>. So this year we have a reason to celebrate!<\/p>\n

The awards were presented to their winners in the Pasp\u016fv hall at the Prague brewery Staropramen (21st November 2019).\u00a0Three Golden lions guarantee an extraordinary gourmet experience<\/strong>, two promise top-class gastronomy and one excellent cuisine and service.<\/p>\n

A new guide to the selection of the best Czech restaurants\u00a0<\/strong>for all lovers of high-quality gastronomy was also launched during the awards ceremony.<\/p>\n

\nSince 2014, the publishing house TopLife Czech has been the organiser of Nejlep\u0161\u00ed restaurace (Best Restaurant) quality assessment project. The award-winning restaurants are featured in the current selection of \u201cBest Restaurants Awarded with Golden Lions\u201d for each season.<\/p>\n
